CABLING: 4 through 115 conductors Planetary Cabled to YOUR configuration. Size of conductors will affect the number that can be cabled.
EXTRUDING: Primary insulation of jacketing using polyurethane, polyethylene, nylon, PVC, TPR, PFA, FEP. Using any color to your specification.
SHIELDING: EMI-RFI – Tinned Copper, Silver Copper to Mil C-7078. Aluminized Mylar with our without drain wire.
MIL SPECS: Meets military specifications including MIL-C-27800, MIL-C-27072 and UL approval.
TWISTING: 1-2-3 conductors. Length of lay is variable to YOUR specification. Wire sizes from 40 AWG to 4/0 AWG.
STRIPING: Color Striping on Teflon, Tefzel, PVC, M81044, Kynar, Neoprene. Wire sizes from 32 AWG to 1AAAWB. Hot Stamp Wheel Marking.
JACKETING: Neoprene sheath to M.IR6855. Armoring stainless steel 0.015. Bronze to maximum of 2″.
